Welcome to La Fabrique Cinéma's 10 projects speed meetings session on June, 24th (9am - 9pm)

Selected after an international call for entry, the 10 projects of 1rst and second fiction and documentary features films from Brazil, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Iran, Kazakhstan, Montenegro, Mozambique, Senegal, Thaïland and Vietnam, will be presented during a live pitch session on June 23rd 2pm accessible from Marché on Line and Les Cinémas du Monde virtual booth.

Speed meeting requests are open till June 23rd 7pm.

La Fabrique Cinéma de l'Institut français is a programme that helps talented young directors from Southern and emerging countries to increase their international exposure. Each year, this programme developed by the Institut français, in partnership with France Médias Monde – RFI, France 24, Monte Carlo Doualiya, SACEM, International Organization of La Francophonie, with the support of Orange Studio, invites ten directors working on their first or second feature films to attend the Festival de Cannes along with their producers.

The Institut français is a public institution responsible for French cultural actions abroad. Under the aegis of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Culture, it actively contributes to France's soft diplomacy. Its initiatives cover various artistic fields, intellectual exchanges, cultural and social innovation, and linguistic cooperation.

The Institut français promotes French cinema and supports world cinema through La Fabrique Cinéma, La Cinémathèque Afrique and Aide aux cinémas du monde along with the Centre National du Cinéma et de l’Image animée.
